At SD Ankara we strive to ensure that all our customers are happy with their purchases. However, if you are not completely satisfied with the product you can return the product and we will either replace or refund you subject to the following terms stated below:
- The product may be returned as long as it’s within 3 days of having received the product, from the date of purchase.
- The customer needs to have a copy of his/her receipt as proof of purchase.
- The product will be returned on condition that the item is in its original packaging along with all its original contents.
If the return requires a delivery charge/cost please note:
- If in any way the product you have purchased is damaged, broken or missing contents the company will pay the delivery charge to replace the product, however this needs to be reported to us within 24 hours.
- If our product is in perfect condition and has no defects yet you still wish to return the product and it requires a delivery charge, the company will not pay for the delivery and you will be held accountable to cover that cost.
